1. Test the Side Markers

Before installation, connect each side marker to the controller and power source to ensure all LEDs function correctly 

2. Remove Factory Side Markers

Front Side Markers:

  • Turn the front wheels inward to access the inner fender liner.

  • Remove the plastic clips and screws securing the liner using a flathead screwdriver and T25 Torx bit.

  • Gently pull back the liner to expose the side marker.

  • Disconnect the wiring harness and press the retaining tabs to remove the marker.

Rear Side Markers:

  • Access the rear markers by removing the back wheels or fender lining

  • Use a trim removal tool to carefully pry out the side marker.

  • Disconnect the wiring harness.

3. Install New Flow Series Side Markers

  • Connect each new side marker to its corresponding extension wire.

  • Secure the side marker into the fender, ensuring it clicks into place.

  • Route the extension wire through the fender liner, or underneath vehicle or any way you see fit. 

4. Route Extension Wires to the Controller

  • Run the front extension wires along the inner fender towards the engine bay.

  • Route the rear extension wires underneath or through vehicle to engine bay. 

  • Use zip ties or adhesive clips to secure the wires, keeping them away from moving parts and heat sources.

5. Connect to the Hybrid Controller

  • Mount the Hybrid LED Controller in a dry, accessible location (e.g., engine bay or trunk).

  • Connect each extension wire to the controller's output channels.

  • Connect the controller's power and ground wires to the vehicle's battery or a suitable power source.

  • If utilizing turn signal functionality, connect the controller's input wires to the vehicle's turn signal wires as per the wiring guide.

6. Test and Finalize Installation

  • Turn on the vehicle and test the side markers using the Bluetooth app or RF remote.

  • Cycle through colors and modes to ensure proper functionality.

  • Reinstall any removed liners or panels, ensuring all wires are secured and not pinched

  • Side Marker to Controller: Each side marker connects to the controller via its extension wire.

  • Controller Power: Connect to a 12V power source and ground.
