Installation Guides
Pre-Installation Preparation:
Before you start installing your RS LED Badge, ensure that all components of the kit are functioning correctly. Connect the wires to the controller and check that the LED lights illuminate as expected. For detailed wiring instructions, consult our Wiring Guide (Flow Series, Color Chasing).
To facilitate a smoother installation and achieve a polished finish, we recommend removing the grille of your Chevrolet. This will improve visibility and simplify the installation process.
Detach the Rear Bracket:
Begin by unscrewing the rear bracket from the LED emblem. This will provide access to the back of the emblem, making the installation process easier.
Position the Emblem and Route Wires:
Carefully place the LED emblem onto your Chevrolet's grille, ensuring it is properly aligned. As you do this, guide the wires from the emblem through the grille and into the controller. Aim for a centered, tidy placement to enhance the overall appearance and prevent any wire tangling or obstructions.
Secure with Bracket Plate:
Once the emblem is in your desired position, attach the rear bracket plate to it. Tighten the screws securely to hold the emblem firmly in place.
Final Checks:
Perform a thorough inspection of all connections to ensure they are secure and confirm that the emblem is firmly attached to the grille. Test the LED lights to verify they are functioning correctly before completing the installation.
