Why hasn't my order shipped yet? 

 If your order is delayed or hasn't shipped within 72 hours, it is likely due to one of the following reasons:

  • Item out of stock
  • Made-to-order items  (prebuilt headlights, custom items,  etc.)
  • The order needs further verification (billing address not matching card registered address etc.) 
  • Address not recognized or wrong address 

 

Additional info

Most orders are shipped in about 72 hours or less. However, there are still some products that may take anywhere from 1-2 weeks to fulfill. In some cases, certain products may even take longer. 

 

What is the status of my order?

Due to high order volume, we simply cannot update everyone with a delayed order. To get an update on your order simply email us at Info@rgbhalokits.com or submit a request. You can expect a response within 24 hours during normal business hours. M-F 9-5 pm. 

 

Please provide the following information when inquiring about order status : 

  • You Order Number
  • Your First and Last name
