Changing an Order


After you place an order, we can still alter the order, add products, delete products, change addresses, change shipping speeds, or any other order request you may have. 

To Change an Order, simply email us before the product ships at or use the contact us form at the bottom of the Helpdesk. You can expect a response within 24 hours during normal business hours. M-F 9-5pm. 


Please provide the follow information when inquiring about order status : 

  • You Order Number

and/ or 

  • Your First and Last name
