Exchanging a Product




Thank you for choosing us and sorry to hear it didn't work out with your purchase. Please follow the instructions below and we will be happy to take your order back for a exchange.

Your item is eligible for exchange in most cases if it meets all of the following conditions:
1. Your orders is within 90 days 
2. Your product was never installed or used and is still in like new condition 
3. Your product is not prebuilt headlights, or other custom, made to order items.

  • If you need to exchange or return an item, submit a request with the order number, first and last name on the order,  and provide us with as many details as possible regarding your return or warranty replacement
  • All returns/exchanges require an RMA number (return merchandise authorization), Once a return request has been approved we will provide an RMA number and return instructions.
  • All refunds will be issued as store credit unless otherwise stated 


Please note that returns are subject to restocking fees: https://rgbhalokits.com/pages/returns-refunds, and the original shipping costs (paid or unpaid) will also be deducted from the refundable amount, along with the cost of our pre-paid return label ($10).
