🪛 Flathead screwdriver – to help pry open headlight housings during disassembly

🧴 Butyl headlight sealant – recommended for proper resealing

🧷 Zip ties or adhesive pads – for wire management

🔌 Wire glands – recommended for clean, weather-sealed wire exits
✅ Step 1: Test Your Product
Before installation, test your DRL kit to confirm all LEDs are functioning and you understand the wiring process.

This helps catch any factory defects before disassembly.
🛠️ Step 2: Remove the Bumper
Gain access to the headlights by removing the front bumper.

🔓 Step 3: Open the Headlights
Choose one of the following methods: this headlight features permaseal sealant but can be opened by baking and prying in rounds of 2-3.

Baking method (recommended if your handy)

Cutting method (recommended for beginners)
- Our recommendation: try the baking method first and if unable to open then cut.

💡 Take your time—improper opening can damage the housing or lens.
💡 Step 4: Install the DRL Kit

Mount the Flow Series DRL boards into your headlight housings.

Align them with OEM light pipe locations or desired layout.

Secure in place using thermal adhesive or screws, if needed.

🧴 Step 5: Reseal the Headlights

Clean the channels and apply butyl or OEM-style sealant.

Use even heat to reseal if you baked the headlights.
