What is ShopPay?
ShopPay is an installment payment platform that lets you split your purchase into four equal payments, made every two weeks. It enables you to pay for your RGB Halo Kits over time, with 0% interest, making it easy to buy now and pay later.
Who can use ShopPay?
To use ShopPay, you must:
- Be a U.S. resident
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a valid, verifiable U.S. mobile number
- Use a U.S. debit or credit card for payment
What information will ShopPay ask for?
ShopPay will request the following:
- Full Name
- Address
- Date of Birth
- U.S. Mobile Number
- U.S. Debit or Credit Card
Note: ShopPay also requires mobile phone number verification instead of a traditional username and password.
Is there a spending limit with ShopPay?
Each transaction is reviewed before approval, and spending limits are determined based on factors like your purchase history and payment behavior. Returning customers with a good track record may receive higher limits than new users. For more information, check out the ShopPay Support Site.
What if my ShopPay order is under $35?
To use ShopPay, your order subtotal (after discounts) must be $35 or more. If your order is under $35, you’ll need to choose a different payment method.
Note: Discount codes will reduce the subtotal, so check the final price before completing your order.
How do I sign up for ShopPay?
Signing up is simple! During checkout on the RGB Halo Kits website, choose ShopPay as your payment method. You’ll be prompted to enter your date of birth, U.S. mobile number, and a debit or credit card. You’ll know immediately if you're approved!
How does payment work with ShopPay?
- First Payment: 25% of your total purchase is due at checkout.
- Remaining Payments: The remaining balance will be split into 3 equal installments, billed every two weeks.
Does ShopPay charge any fees?
There is a $1 fee per installment. As long as your payments are on time, there are no other fees.
How can I check my ShopPay order or account?
You can view your current and past orders by logging into the ShopPay Customer Portal. Here, you can update your information, add a payment card, and see your payment schedule.

Yes! ShopPay sends reminders via SMS and email before each payment is due.
Can I pay off my ShopPay installments early?
Yes, you can pay off your installments early. Simply log into the ShopPay Customer Portal and select the order you wish to pay off early.
What if I have trouble paying my ShopPay installments?
If you have trouble making a payment, contact ShopPay to avoid late fees. They may be able to assist with rescheduling payments. ShopPay charges a $7 late fee after the first missed payment and an additional $7 fee if an installment is over 7 days late.
