Bronco LED Emblem Letters (Multicolor Flow)
Tools Needed
Flathead screwdriver or trim tool
10mm socket & ratchet
Drill
Electrical tape or heat shrink
Zip ties
Test light or multimeter (optional)
Installation Steps
1. Access the Grille
Open the hood. Remove the factory grille bolts (10mm) and unclip the grille using a trim tool. Pull it out to access the back side.
2. Remove Factory Emblem
Drill out the plastic tabs from behind to release the factory emblem (if present).
3. Install the LED Emblem
Clean the area thoroughly and allow it to dry. Align the new LED emblem and secure it using the included 3M backing.
4. Route the Wiring
Run the wires through the grille and into the engine bay toward the controller mounting location.
Tip: Follow factory wiring paths and secure with zip ties, keeping wires away from heat or moving parts.
5. Wiring Connection
Connect the emblem to the included controller.
Then connect power and ground as shown here:

Ensure all connections are secure and insulated.
6. Test the Emblem
Power on the vehicle or accessory power. Use the controller or app to verify that the emblem lights up and changes color correctly.
7. Reinstall the Grille
Reinstall the grille carefully, making sure no wires are pinched. Double-check that the emblem is still secure.
8. Final Touches
Tuck away any excess wiring, mount the controller securely, and zip tie loose wires for a clean finish.
App Setup
Download the RGB Halo Kits app (see wiring guide for the correct one).
Turn on Bluetooth, open the app, and connect to the controller. You can now control color, brightness, and modes directly from your phone.
