Cancelling an Order

We typically process orders promptly upon receipt. To cancel an order, please ensure a shipping label has not been created and contact us immediately (within 30 minutes of placing your order).

Please verify your address for accuracy before finalizing your order.

We are not responsible for return shipping costs if cancellation is requested after your order has been shipped.

To cancel, please email [e-mail] within 48 hours of placing your order or use the contact form at the bottom of the Helpdesk page. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm MST; expect a response within 24 hours during these times.

When inquiring about your order status, please provide:
- Order number
- First and last name
- Reason for cancellation

Please note: Prebuilt headlight orders cannot be cancelled after purchase.
